Over the years I have had 3 fires installed by Fireside by Design and each time the service has been excellent . The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you to Andy in the showroom who understood our requirements and to the fitters David and Paul who installed our fire today, doing a great job in awful weather conditions, they are a credit to the company. Very pleased with the fire and overall finish, Would highly recommend.

Great quality electric fire and fireplace. Andy in the showroom was so helpful with our requirements. Dan & Ryan rang to advise they were on the way and covered all the furniture and carpets before starting work. They did a lovely installation job without any damage to the wallpaper. They explained how to use the settings on the app cleaned up before they left. Great job all round and would definitely recommend.

From start to finish this company have been nothing but absolutely amazing. Showroom has so much variety and staff extremely knowledgeable and experienced.
Booked in and no issues at all, the fitters Ant and Shaun were just amazing, so friendly and professional at all times. The end result speaks for itself……. Cant believe I am saying this but looking forward to Winter now.

Brilliant service from this company
From start to finish the staff were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about their product.
The workmen were tidy and very respectful of my home and the price for the overall product was extremely competitive.
If you get the opportunity to have 'Rick' do the site survey wear your 'Tena ladies' he had me in hysterics from start to finish - such a funny guy - all in all a fantastic family run business with excellent results

This has been an incredible experience from day one This wasn't my first time trading but honestly I didn’t know what to expect when I first joined. After much loss. We've just had a log burner fitted and can't recommend fireside by design enough 😊 from start to finish the service has been excellent from the lads in the shop going through our options to Shaun & Ant who came to do the fitting. The lads didn't stop all day, they kept everywhere tidy and did a fantastic job...even saved us having to get a plasterer in! Thank you all 👍
